Hello Job Seeker! Sustainable Cleaning Systems is looking to hire great full time and part time janitors! Please read this ad fully and respond with your resume to be considered. We are looking for the following qualifications for janitorial: • MUST be able to pass criminal background check allowing entry into any assigned buildings. • Some janitorial experience required. • Must be able to prioritize work tasks ensuring quality work and maintaining a high level of customer service. • Ability to actively participate in team development and team oriented processes, and motivate others to do so as well. • Must be able to lead and maintain cleaning throughout a facility with 4-6 other janitors under their leadership. • Reliable transportation a must. • Duties Include but are not limited to: Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors and dusting. Cleaning offices, restrooms, and kitchens and lobby areas with disinfectant. Emptying trash and recycling from desk side and centralized locations, etc. Full Time employees at Sustainable Cleaning Systems receive benefits such as medical and dental insurance, paid mileage, paid time off, sick time, and personal days each year.
