Its time to hire one or two more framers. Experience is necessary. Don't need to know everything but general knowledge of how a house is framed would put you at the front of the line. You must have your own tool bags and hand tools. If you frame you know what you need. Must have reliable transportation to jobsites Monday through Friday and there is weekend work there if you want it. We work in Clark, Cowlitz, and Lewis counties.
