Residential property management company seeking a full-time maintenance technician (make-ready) individual. Must have general maintenance skills in painting, sheetrock repair, general appliance repair, patchwork, windows, doors, and basic electrical, carpentry, lawn mowing, plumbing, and other maintenance duties as assigned. Prior experience in apartment and home maintenance is required. Truck and basic tools required. Must be drug free and be able to pass background check. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be available for on call maintenance emergencies. Good work ethic and a team player attitude a must.
