Job Description We have an immediate need for a Full-Time grass mowing position. Interview today and start spring off right! We are a growing company and this is a brand new team as of this season. Must be timely and reliable, if you’re looking to do bare minimum work this opportunity is not for you. We are a fast paced landscaping company searching for an equally fast paced and efficient employee. Responsibilities include lawn care (mowing, line trimming, edging and clean-off of clippings), and leaf clean-up. Early spring and dry portions of the season light landscaping work will be available. Job Duties: Run Truck/Trailer Combination Operate Zero-Turn or Stand on Mower to service property Steel blade edge all concrete surfaces Line trim all beds, perimeter, areas inaccessible by the mower and obstacles Blow off all clippings Fall season months lawns must be cleaned up from leaves and mowed as needed Watch for “Full Service” needs to communicate back with Ensure yards are to SL standards Light Landscaping Duties: Early spring season will assist bed cleanups, edging, mulching, etc. Mid/Dry Season, routes will be completed quicker than normal. Ability to earn extra hours by assisting with landscaping jobs. Growth: Working with others on opposite teams as well as those under you as the team builds. Snow Plow training for year-round work Mandatory Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. Driver's license WITH reliable transportation Clean driving record Must have two years minimum prior lawn care experience Must be clean, well-groomed and presentable each day of work Must be able to pass drug test Must be able to pass background check Non-Smoking, NO vaping, DRUG FREE company Basic computer/smartphone skills to log time in and out as well as work completed. Understand basic mechanical conditions of equipment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
