MUST KNOW PLUMBING! We are a large manufactured home community in Clinton looking to hire someone who knows plumbing inside and out. We take care of the house's and the entire community. This job varies from day to day. Duties can range from but are not limited to... plumbing - replace grinder pumps, repairing sewer/water lines, install faucets, find/repair leaks landscaping - weed-eating, trimming trees, haul brush, spraying, mulching, planting, pressure washing painting - sheetrock work, paint, trim, caulk, patch jobs hang or adjust windows & doors electric - install light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches must be able to do heavy lifting clean out houses, pick up trash kool seal roofs able to be in different weather conditions The ideal candidate will know plumbing, be dependable & honest, be punctual, be a self-starter, be willing to learn, have a valid drivers license and must be able to pass a background check. This is a full time position with a 40 hour 5 day work week - 8am-4pm. Over time may be required occasionally.
