Moving help needed to load and unload uhaul truck

Hello...I am looking for some help to load and unload a U-haul truck on Monday, May the 3rd. We don’t have alot of heavy furniture except for 2 queen sized mattresses, not sure if I am taking my couches yet. Also to be loaded and unloaded are bags and plastic bins that contain clothing, shoes, and miscellaneous items. Thank you...
