RPM Groups is building our team for our Philadelphia office. We are looking for 8 immediate hires to join our team: Comfortable talking to new people every day Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to connect and interact with potential customers Persuasive and goal-oriented Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Capable of learning quickly and adapting to new environments We have a fun team made up of people with personality. Experience with canvassing, customer service, sales, and/or marketing experience is a plus. - - - Pay is weekly and new agents earn between $10-$20 per hour for the first month. Opportunity to grow within the company once agents are fully trained. - - - COVID-19 safety measures and current work environment: Health and safety form and temp check are required every morning. Socially distancing and masks are required.
