Position Type: Full Time Shift: First FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Summary: Oasis Supply is an eCommerce company, selling Baking Supplies, Party Supplies, Toys, Games, and Novelties. Duties, Responsibilities, and Qualifications Our team members should be able to: Perform essential duties satisfactorily You will be reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, etc Interpret and operate a mobile Bar Code Scanner Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage areas Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence Assemble customer orders from stock and place the orders on pallets or shelves, or moves the orders to packing station or shipping department Marks materials with identifying information Must maintain an acceptable attendance record as per company standards Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards Arranges stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers Ability to lift 50 lbs. Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Previous warehouse experience (Preferred) Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, and reach. Required to frequently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds Stand and walk for long periods of time. Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; bend, kneel and squat. Required to possess vision abilities that include close, distant and peripheral vision and depth perception. Able to withstand non-climate controlled environments.
