The Regional Inspector position will be responsible for aiding in upholding our high building cleanliness and customer experience standards. The Regional Inspector will provide service through training staff, identifying building janitorial needs, responding to and resolving customer and janitorial complaints. The Regional Inspector will be the driver in customer satisfaction and building cleanliness. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity • Must have superior communication, organizational and time management skills • Must be able to comprehend and provide detailed instruction • Must be able to spend up to 100% of the working time driving, standing and walking • Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include weekend, and holiday shifts • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and work with cleaning chemicals • Minimum 5 years of Commercial Janitorial experience required • Minimum of two years of floor care and carpet cleaning experience required Job Requirements: • Consistently creates a welcoming environment and experience for building staff by always maintaining a customer first mentality •Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication • Quickly responds to customer inquiries and janitorial needs • Demonstrates a can-do attitude and proactively seeks opportunities to deliver exceptional janitorial and customer service • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple tasks at once • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and cleanliness practices • Shares feedback and ideas with management that will help improve janitorial, floor care and carpet cleaning processes • Supports management at all times. Provides support in all cross functional departments, including but not limited to janitorial, floor care, operations and recruiting. ***Company Vehicle Provided MUST Have Valid Driver's License***
