Little stray cat needs help.

There's a very sweet little stray cat that lives in our neighborhood that needs help. It looks like her mammary glands are very swollen and causing her pain. She needs to be taken to a vet but we can't afford to do so and we're worried that animal control would just have her put down without giving her a chance, so we're hoping that some kind person who can afford to take her will get her treated and then give her a good home.
