Our company can no longer hire someone that either dreams or wishes they knew how to grow commercial cannabis. You will be required to perform to achieve a higher paid base salary. If you are not willing to start at a lower rate and are not willing to commit to our success as well as your own - NO NEED TO APPLY. We are seeking a pro grower with a verifiable resume that is looking for the security of a high paid salaried position; our proposal is presented as follows: Your base will start at $30,000 every quarter you will be evaluated for an increase in pay based on production, quality and consistency. Your pay increase will vary but the end scale will take you between $75,000 to $150,000 this includes bonuses. Must have: Cultivation management experience, valid industry badge, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, pesticide applicators license or the ability to acquire one, the ability to lift 50 lbs+, and good communication skills.
