Outboard Mechanic Needed

Description

I have a 1976 Evinrude 70Hp motor that I need help rebuilding. Work would have to be done onsite as I can not trailer the boat. A seal kit needs installed on the lower unit, then we need to wire in the throttle box and starter. Likely need to do a few other minor things as well to get it running.
