Entry Level shop helper/worker position in a busy shop. 40+ hrs. /week or part time for summer workers. Significant overtime available. First and Second shift jobs available. Full Time Benefits include company paid HSA health insurance plan, 401K with matching, and paid vacation and holidays after trial period. Pay listed includes $1.80/hour bonus for punctual work arrival and full work week. Pay raises to $15.40/hr when employee achieves work certifications and demonstrates reliable attendance. $2/hr. shift premium for second shift. Merit advancements available after certification. Growing company with opportunities for advancement. Position involves handling material, operating processing and testing equipment, job requires working while standing all day and some lifting. Equipment and procedures are specific to our company so we will provide training. Candidate should be a self starter and comfortable continuously working in a shop environment. Candidate should have ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with others. Candidate should have a clean driving record and be a non-smoker.
