WE ARE HIRING...Join our Team!! Adara Communities is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Lead Maintenance Supervisor for our Summerbend property in Irving, Texas. As the Lead Maintenance Supervisor you are responsible for all on-site maintenance and leads and delegates all maintenance requests, preventative maintenance and amenity area maintenance for the property. You will partner with the Property Manager regarding oversight of all maintenance related activities/initiatives working with multiple deadlines, maintaining efficiency and control over projects assigned within time frames allowed and changing priorities and in achieving all property goals. Also, you are responsible to oversee a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. Job Requirements: *3+ years prior supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multi-property Lead Maintenance Supervisor is REQUIRED *HVAC Certification is REQUIRED *5+ years experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Appliance Repair, Pools and General Maintenance is REQUIRED *Must be able to effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day. Be able to fairly evaluate service staff performance, providing constructive advice when needed.
