Position Summary: Individuals will provide focused, specialized cleaning with top-of-the-line training, processes, chemicals and tools to provide customers with a more in depth and/or restorative service. This job opportunity: Entails working with residential and commercial customers around the service area to provide carpet, windows, floors and general building service cleaning tasks that vary by location. Work is indoor and outdoor. Offers matching retirement, sick pay, tips, general bonuses, hourly compensation, overtime, advancement to other positions and performance bonuses. General Responsibilities: • Drive & Maintain Company Van. • Maintain Issued Equipment & Chemicals. • Daily Reporting • Respond Timely to Calls/Emails While on Shift. • Work Safely and Efficiently. • Perform General Cleaning & Restock Customer Sites. • Perform carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, window cleaning and paint removal, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, building washing, power washing, parking lot blowing, yard maintenance and more as trained & directed. • Moving and carrying furniture, equipment and trash in weight limits of up to 100 lbs. • Work on ladders and in confined spaces. • Work with blood, vomit, bodily fluids and sharps. • Changing lights. • Small equipment maintenance and repair. • Report any issues in a timely manner. • Work with customers to provide bid, and general customer service. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: • No prior experience in the field required, training is provided for qualified applicants. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Able to work on feet for 10 hours, able to bend, twist, and lift 100 lbs. regularly throughout shift. • Appropriate maturity of behavior and judgment. • Willing to learn and grow. • Maintain high standards of work performance. • Good attendance and reporting, means show up to work on time and between jobs. If running behind schedule, report before being late to an appointment. • Must comply with dress code and company policies. • Must be flexible with work schedule. • Must maintain professional appearance and hygiene that is not conflicting with people that have allergies (no perfumes/colognes or body sprays that people may have a reaction to or be offended by) • Must have a work history of being employed on average two years or more at each job for the last 4+ years. • Able to do basic math and writing. • Able to communicate with management, customers and coworkers. • Good attention to detail is a must. • Able to work under pressure and deadlines. • Able to work alone or in a team. • Able to receive and send communication on cell phone The successful candidate will be chosen based on interpretation of the above-mentioned items of ability performance, experience, and mannerisms.
