Location: Sacramento, Ca 95742 ***Please read everything below Thoroughly and if you feel you are a strong candidate reach out to me!*** We are looking for Experience Mover Only Must have prior moving experience!! $17.00 per hour for Runners $22.00 per hour for Drivers Drivers must know how to pack a truck the proper way! To become a driver you'll need to be a runner for 3 days of 4 hours or more each day. Manager will take notes and see how progress and knowledge of the duties is handled and then make that decision. I WANT TO BE VERY CLEAR, if you have NO experience and you're just a average mover you'll start out at $15.00/hour runner and there will not be a driving position available until you have been trained for over 15 days(could be more). We have no problem training you but you must be honest about your experience. This is a job we will quickly be able to tell if you have not been truthful about you previous experience. Each and every customer is different. Some only want large furniture taken and some need the home cleared and want multiple loads done in order to complete the task. IF you are not willing to complete the job to the customers desires then this is NOT the company for you. There are plenty of companies out there that do not care about their customers. THAT NOT US! We do care about each and every one of our customers. We want our crews to care just as much if not more. We are looking for those who understand each and every customer is a individual and paying us with their hard earned money to move them WITHOUT damaging their items. We take great pride in proving each and every customer top of the line serve e day in and day out. We have a 3 hour minimum for 95% of the jobs. Payed drive time when jobs are over 1 hour away from our home base of Sacramento, Ca Pay is $17.00 per hour for EXPERIENCED runners Pay is $22.00 per hour for EXPERIENCED drivers/leads/packer Tell me what your desire is within our team. Must be ready for: - to communicate well with others - Should be ready for highly volatile schedule -Should be able to work 7+ hours a day - Should be ready to work long weekends - Should be ready to work holidays. - Should maintain good hygiene - Should be able to lift items that are 50+ pounds - Should be able to have reliable cell phone services to communicate with Manger, Owner, Lead and customers - Should be ready for heavy consistent lifting - Non-smokers are preferred for our customers sake. - Non- alcoholics are preferred for a customers sake. Remember this is a business last thing we need is an alcoholic on the job site or someone showing up to work hungover and smelling like a bar on a Saturday night. - MUST HAVE reliable transportation to and from work. - California drivers license is required for all driving positions AGAIN.
