Seeking one reliable maintenance technician for an age restricted manufactured housing community in Garden Grove, California. Position available now for placement. Community includes four rental homes with general park maintenance. You will need previous experience in some or all of the following areas (examples given): • Electrical (light switches, outlets, bathroom vanity lighting, ceiling fan assembly/installation) • Plumbing (access for leaking sink, toilet issues) • Carpentry (varies) • Painting (touch up, trim painting, ability to stand on 6’ ladder) • General handyman experience (any other experience) • Knowledge of proper tool use (hand and powered) • Experience working in the apartment, hotel, or HOA industry a plus. Environment is similar to the Apartment industry. Full Time 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday Salary: $16.00 to $22.00/hour. Wage will be based on your experience. Company provides vacation time, sick time, and partial health insurance. You must be able to pass a back ground check. DMV record will be run for driver’s license verification.
