Warehouse Pick, Pack & Ship Staff

We are hiring detail oriented, highly motivated and fast-paced staff to pick, pack and ship orders in our warehouse. We are a rapidly growing women's fashion company based in San Clemente, CA. You should be local to the area. Opportunities to move up in the company as we grow do exist for staff that shows a proven ability to excel with warehouse and receiving duties. We are a HIGHLY METRIC based warehouse and all pickers, packers are required to pick, pack and ship all their own orders. There is a STRICT minimum that must be kept up per hour or 50+ items picked, packed & shipped hourly on average. You will be provided a daily report that will show your pace on a day to day basis. You will be working alongside a team of 4 other pickers. Overtime is available and mandatory as order volumes allow. You must be able to learn other tasks quickly and float between the warehouse and receiving when needed.
