Warehouse Associate- Driver Joseph Trading, one of the major suppliers of the Yogurtland Franchising Inc., a family owned and operated company, is seeking a qualified individual who can join our team as a Full-time Warehouse Associate/Driver. Seeking minimum 1 year or more of experience in food industry or related industry is preferred. The warehouse is currently in Irvine, CA but will be relocating to Paramount in the next few months. So you must be willing to commute to Irvine for several months. Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, -mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) -Light Shipping and Handling of Yogurtland shipping items Help R & D department with machine maintenance and cleaning Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs (plumbing, electricity, painting, etc.) Cooperate with the rest of the staff Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pick according to schedules. Follow all health and safety regulations JOB REQUIREMENT: Must present a professional, highly motivated, positive, results-oriented, problem-solving attitude. Must have good communication skills Must have good organizing skills. Must have computer literacy skills: Microsoft Access, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel required. Must able to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Must adhere to all Company policies including safety policies Must have a safe driving record. Must be experienced with operating/driving of pallet jack, forklift and have certificate. Experienced in picking orders, shipping and receiving. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Integrity. PHYSICAL DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS may include but are not limited to: Employees are required to stand, bend, lift, twist and stack for the majority of their shift. Continuous (67-100%) – Lifting and transportation of the boxes up to 10-50 Pounds from Floor to Above Head, Squatting, Kneeling, Bending, Twisting, Pushing, Pulling Frequent (34-66%) - Neck Flexion, Walking, Standing, Fine Manipulation, Firm Grasping Start Pay: $16.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time
