Field Technician Qualifications: Minimum 1 year construction experience Ability to travel for projects out-of state a plus (travel, lodging and expenses covered by company) Must be 18 Valid Driver's License and transportation to/from jobsites Need to be able to bend, stoop, crawl, and/or kneel throughout the work day to perform required job tasks. Need to be able to lift/ carry up to 75lbs Compliance with safety policies and procedures Adept at working in outdoor conditions ( low/high temps, rain, sun, wind, etc) Ability to work closely with others Ability to wear a respirator, as job conditions require Ability to read, write, and speak English Field Supervisor Qualifications: Field Technician Qualifications Minimum 3 years field construction experience- 1 Years minimum in a lead position Experience in concrete forming, placing, and finishing Be able to competently operate company equipment vehicles, trailers, site equipment Effective and concise communication skills Working knowledge of blueprints/drawings Some experience in welding is a plus Effectively manage a crew of 2-10 along with site conditions, materials, equipment, etc
