We are looking for a Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician to join our team as a 1099 employee! You will take overflow service calls and earn a competitive commission percentage. Required Qualifications: • Must have own truck and required tools and equipment to fulfill jobs. • Must be able to take residential and an occasional commercial cleaning service call. • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields. • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. • Ability to handle physical workload. • Must have clean background and valid driver Responsibilities: • Meeting with clients to discuss their cleaning needs. • Assessing the state of the carpet and upholstery that needs to be cleaned. • Applying stain and pre-cleaning treatments to the carpets and upholstery • Carefully removing furniture to access all areas that need to be cleaned. •Cleaning carpets and upholstery using machine/proper techniques. • Resetting the furniture. • Up-selling cleaning services and company products.
