Need a helper for a House Rehab

I need a helper for many different things on a house rehab. Cleaning up trash, vacuum, light drywall sanding, wipe down some walls. Using a weed wacker to cut down weeds and grass along driveway edge. Doing some digging to trace out water lines. Some work in attic, you can stand up in attic, connect ducts, position insulation batts Monday thru Friday 9.30 am to 5.30pm = 30 minute lunch. Pay is $15.00 dollars per hour, cash everyday. Can keep you working for at least 2 weeks maybe more. Need someone local and dependable within 15 miles. I have had many responses, with everyone saying they want to work and then many no shows, no responses. Not hard work, but it is work.
