This position is for a generator technician for our Tampa branch. Technician will report to our office in Oldsmar every morning and every evening, grab their calls for the day, and head out on the road in a company van servicing our customers 4-6 houses a day. This requires driving all day and you need a VALID Driver's license with little to no bad driving record, otherwise our insurance will not cover you and you will not be able to work for us. These generators are car engines so you will start off doing annual services including changing the oil, spark plugs, oil filter, air filter, and filling out the customer's paperwork, collecting money, and moving on to the next job. Training (paid) will take place at our Oldsmar (Tampa) location for a week or 2 before starting at our SWFL branch. GenerX is a fast paced environment and requires you to be someone who is always early and ready to work. New hires should be able to come in every morning and have a good attitude towards co-workers and the customers. We are quickly growing and in need of someone wanting to learn lots and grow with us. Everyone starts as a lube tech but we will send you to Generac schooling to get higher and higher certifications. There is lots of room to move up for people that put in their time and show us what they can do. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour plus commission
