Hello, my name is Steven. I am a wholesaler/subject toer in the Inland Empire, however, I wholesale virtually in other markets as well. I've done a couple deals, but I want to expand. I've been doing real estate for over a year now, and know a lot about the business. I am looking for a partner who can help me Cold Call, go look at properties, and find information I need. For the most part I need help cold calling. You’ll have to be available atleast 2-3 hours between the hours of 10am - 4pm to cold call. In return, I will teach you everything I know, and for each lead you produce and I close on, I will split the profit 70/30. However, the percentage can vary depending on the work you did. For say, I make $20k off a deal generated by you and I negotiate and close it, $7k is yours. But lets say, you did all the talking with the owner and you end up closing it. and I just guided you through the process, than I'll give you a bigger percentage of the profit. I am a very fair and straight guy. I will provide everything you need to succeed in this business, but you must put the work in to get results. It could take weeks for you to see any results, but you have to stay consistent with a positive mindset. I've done deals, so I know this works. Experience preferred, however not required.
