We distribute health and wellness brands! based in Los Angeles/Pacoima we are looking for a self-motivated and resourceful individual to fill the role of Fulfillment Associate.
What you'll be doing:
In our warehouse, this role will be split mainly between pick-packing orders and processing shipments for our wholesale and direct to consumer channels
As we need to stock our products, you will receive and store deliveries and process paperwork accordingly
Keeping the warehouse and equipment organized and tidy so your workplace remains safe to perform your responsibilities. Because we handle inventory and need to keep track of it, you will be part of our quarterly inventory count.
You will also be working with the Customer Support team to help resolve issues about clients' orders
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Some experience in pick-pack and order fulfillment for wholesale clients and E-commerce in a warehouse environment
- Excellent time management (this is critical!), prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team…dynamic personality, self-motivated, confident and creative energy!
We will train you so you become familiar with our products and systems.
The following additional qualifications will help a candidate stand out:
- Forklift certification
- Experience in food, nutrition, wellness, medical, and/or supplements a plus
This position is based out of Pacoima, California.
