Door Installer / Pick up / Finish Carpentry (Reno NV) compensation: SALARY DOE employment type: full-time Reno Door & Trim is seeking an experienced Door Installer / Pick up worker / Finish Carpenter with a strong background in Door Installation and Finish Carpentry.... Reno Door & Trim is a residential and commercial door shop and millwork supplier. We supply doors, millwork, and hardware to many high end home builders in the area. We are actively seeking a qualified Pick up carpenter, to add to our team. This individual will have strong Door Installation and Finish Carpentry skills, as well as organizational skills and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to perform quality demolition and re-installations when necessary...Ability to schedule projects and assignments effectively, communicate effectively with customers, and insure quality installation of doors and millwork. The Pick Up Carpenter has the following responsibilities. 1.) Reports directly to area Manager / Supervisor. Also Installation or Interior and Exterior Doors, Trim, & Hardware.... 2.) Work with customers, construction managers, and project managers to maintain scheduled pickup, final, and service appointments. 3.) Work with door shop production manager to insure accurate dates, and material needs. 4.) Maintain accurate and efficient schedules, and quality control expectations. 5.) Insure customer satisfaction on all work performed. 6.) Report field issues and or project related problems that impede work progress 7.) Pickup extra materials from job site when needed. 8.) Must have be able to install doors, baseboard, closet shelving, etc. etc. as well as demo openings or doorways to set plumb and level when needed. 9.) Must have strong / reliable attendance, Clean driving record, and must be able to work overtime. 10.) Must be an effective communicator, and organized. 11.) Must have own tools. Work schedule is from Mon.-Fri. 7:00am to 3:30pm with occasional late days and or Saturdays when overtime is essential. Pay schedule is weekly. We offer 401K as well as health insurance, and Paid Time Off. Pay will be determined upon evaluation of experience. The Pick up Carpenter will also be provided a Company Truck and fuel card....
