ISO two persons preferably with tools

ISO a couple persons to help with some projects around the property such as, securing two stall fronts to structure, moving some delivered rail road ties to permanent location, digging approximately 10 holes and setting poles, spring clean up including removing fallen branches near fence lines (would involve chainsaw/lopper work). If performance and personalities are favorable additional projects to come. Currently estimating three full days for two weeks for two persons, then shifting to 3 full days for an additional two weeks for an individual. $12/hr per person with my tools, $15/hr per person if you bring your own. Payment to be given at the end of each week. No drugs or alcohol please.
