Part time house cleaner, subcontractor

Looking to hire a part-time residential cleaner on a subcontractor basis. Details: Pay is a flat rate per job, and averages out to $18-$20 per hour. Cleaner receives 100% of tips, when given. Currently offering solo jobs with potential for partner jobs in the future. There are two jobs available now with more jobs available within the month. Jobs average 2-4 hours each, occasionally 6+ hours, and average 4 jobs per week. There is the potential for more work, if desired. Most jobs are repeat clients, so you'll do the initial cleaning, then maintain on a recurring basis - weekly, every other week, or monthly. Pay is received weekly thru PayPal or Venmo. Schedules are posted on Google calendar. Requirements: Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies (including vacuum, mop, etc.) and gas, and keep up with your own mileage/expenses. Must be willing to travel throughout Hamilton County and the surrounding counties, including Jasper, TN at least once a week and Stevenson, AL every other week. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check. Must have minimum 1 year cleaning experience. Must wear a mask at all times while in client homes. Must be willing to work individually or in a team setting. Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and self-motivated, with a positive attitude. Must be able to be on your feet, and very active, for stretches of time up to 6 hours. Must be able to bend/stoop/squat/crawl/lift/reach/etc., repeatedly throughout each job. Must be flexible due to customer cancellations/rescheduling. Must be able to professionally interact with clients.
