Experienced Handyman: Foreman Position

We are a residential handyman service company. We do a variety of handyman services throughout the north shore area. we are seeking someone who has experience in these areas: - demo work - cabinet installation - shelving installs of all types - threshold install both wood and granite/tile - bead board and wainscoting install - window and door trim install - door repairs - simple framing such as a small wall or framing out a wall to install a set in the wall medicine cabinet - tiling floors, showers and back splash - bathroom accessory install ( mirrors, toilet paper holders, towel bar holders etc.) - drywall install and repair including mud and taping - plastering ( not needed but helps) - painting, interior/ exterior - laminate and pre finished hard wood flooring install - simple plumbing work such as removing a sink from a bathroom, installing the new one and installing the new pvc pipes as needed ( not needed but helps) - any exterior work such as deck install, lattice install, fence repairs and vinyl siding repair - tv mount installs - install hanging ceilings in basements If you have experience in all these area's or most of these area's and are well rounded that is exactly what we are looking for in the right candidate. we value good workmanship and will pay for the right candidate. we are also looking for someone who can lead a job site. tell the other laborer or laborer's on the job site what to do and how to help you in the most efficient way to get the job done.someone who has the ability to communicate with everyone as needed for job efficiency. we want someone who is not afraid to work alone on the job site which may happen sometimes depending on help and scheduling. we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and treats everyone with respect, the people you work with, the owner of the company and the customers you are doing work for. you must have your own transportation to the job site. we are looking for a COMPANY MAN, someone who can be creative and be a problem solver, someone who will show up to the job on time every day with a positive attitude, honest and ready to work. starting pay is $25 an hour cash ( or 1099 if you want, that's up to you) there is a 60 day trial period and if you check off all the boxes that satisfy our company needs then you will get a pay raise up to what we agree your worth is. this is a good opportunity for someone who is looking to do a variety of work, someone who wants to lead the job and not be told what to do and that likes to work with one other person or by yourself, has a good attitude and just wants to do there job every day. if you have your own tools you are more than welcome to do your own side jobs in the evenings or any of our slow times and on weekends, anything that does not interfere with our jobs. please send us a phone number to reach you with some type of a detailed explanation or resume' of all your experience in this field.
