We are a state licensed general contractor in need of quality subcontractors and crews to perform residential post hurricane repairs and rehabilitation work. We need licensed and insured subcontractors in the roofing, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing trades. We also need skilled work and punch out crews to perform: window/door installations, sheetrock/drywall installation and repairs, carpentry, trim work, painting, flooring, siding, insulation and final cleaning. The ideal candidates will be companies and established crews that are experienced in high volume repetitive work that understand the efficiency of keeping a strict schedule. High quality and safe work is required. Work must pass local inspections for code and state program inspections.
