Looking for a Property Preservation Crew Members Seeking general labor/contractor for work on vacant foreclosed properties. Looking for someone who is trustworthy, motivated, dependable with a professional attitude and strong work ethics. Duties Include but not limited to: Lawn care, debris removal, clean-outs, maid services, lock changes, board-ups, inspections, tree/shrub trimming, winterizations and home repairs. Orders are time sensitive and must be done by due dates, must be willing to work according to timeframes.
