A free, socially distanced Mother's Day photo op with you and your kiddos, shot by Ely Fair! Each group requires only 1 ticket/reservation. Please feel free to browse around in Shop Good while you wait for your timeslot to open! For everyone's safety, we will not allow anyone to get in line before their scheduled time. Please wear a mask until you are in place for your picture. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure we stay on schedule! We will text the number you provide when we are ready for you! By attending this event and having my photo taken, I hereby give, Elyse Fair of Ely Fair Photography & Shop Good, the irrevocable right to use my picture, portrait or photograph in all forms of media and in all manner – including, but not limited to, electronic media and/or composite representations for exhibit, portfolios, advertising, marketing, trade, or any lawful purposes. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Furthermore, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs. I also understand I am fiscally responsible for myself and my children, and any damage to myself, signed for participants or shop property. I am 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release and sign for myself and my children.
