This is a key position within the Dorvin D. Leis Company Inc. (DDL). The position reports to the Facility Manager and provides leadership, management, direction, and guidance to all of the warehouse staff. The Warehouse Supervisor must be a strong supervisor, an effective leader and a highly regarded administrator. The Warehouse Supervisor has the responsibility to manage, coordinate and oversee all business operations of the warehouse facilities in order to effectively support the field with any and all needs they may require. They must possess very effective communication skills, be detailed coordinator in order to set-up efficient delivery routes to and from the warehouse and to ensure that the right packages, boxes, supplies, etc. are delivered to the job sites or location. This is a dynamic position with constantly changing variables and priorities that will require the ability to be flexible and quickly adaptable. The Warehouse Supervisor must properly organize, store, and maintain all goods that are delivered to location. The Warehouse Supervisor must have good organizational skills and attention to detail. The Warehouse Supervisor must also be committed and believe in the Company mission, values and goals as well as being a great Company representative. Prefer experience with plumbing parts
