With the weather getting warmer and the arrival of Spring, join us for Power Yoga! Have you eaten too much Filipino Food lately? When was the last time you worked out? Have you been attending yoga lately? This “No OM zone” class focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility in the physical body. It is appropriate for those new to Yoga as well as those with plenty of yoga experience – options and modifications are always offered.
