Full-time (40 hours/week) - Manhattan Compensation - $25/hour Hourly + quarterly bonuses JOB DESCRIPTION West Village GC is a low-volume, high-touch company that exclusively serves wealthy individuals. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and succeed. You must physically fit and have a three-year clean driving record (minimum). Responsibilities: ▶Maintain a clean, organized, and inventoried storage facility and vehicle (to uphold our strong safety rating) ▶Deliver personnel, tools, and materials (in their original condition) to NYC job sites in a timely, logical manner ▶Efficiently plan your delivery schedule and keep your supervisor informed of your location ▶Park your vehicle legally and safely ▶Avoid traffic violations and parking tickets ▶Report all purchases with accompanying receipts to accounting in an error-free, organized manner ▶Assist with job site maintenance and whatever the office needs help with REQUIREMENTS ▶ Valid driver license with a clean driving record for the past three years ▶ Good physical fitness – the role requires walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment (which may be 50+ pounds or awkward) ▶ Expert knowledge of Manhattan and traffic cycles – where to avoid at certain times of the day ▶ You must vibe with these core values (which guide how we operate and bonus our team each quarter): 1) Communicate Clearly - We communicate clearly to understand and be understood.
