When the new radiators were installed, 3 large holes had to be made in the masonry walls. The holes have to be closed and the area below the radiators have to be repainted. In another room, the floorboards and the baseboards were removed and have to be reattached. The pipes of 5 radiators are black and have to be painted white. A thin vertical crack from floor to ceiling has to be closed and the area repainted. In the kitchen, 4 white 15 x 15 floor tiles have to be replaced, I don’t have the tiles. A piece of wood is missing in the stair case railing and has to be replaced. A small piece of paint is flaking in the ceiling. It has to be reattached and painted over. Under one sink, the wall has to be repainted. One room on the first floor had a water leak and this section of the wall has to be repainted. Please provide quote for complete job.
