FULL TIME TENT INSTALLER POSITIONS AVAILABLE PEAK is a premium special events rental company serving the most discerning clients in the greater New England area. Our Tent Department operation has the reputation as the best installation crew in the business, able to overcome multiple on-site obstacles while constructing the most attractive fabric structures in the region. As a member of this team you will be expected to model the highest standards of professionalism and decorum on some of the most exclusive private properties in the area as well as the most exposed public properties of Greater Boston. This position reports directly to the General Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary duties are the installation and removal of tent structures from public and private properties, as well as other duties as assigned within the warehouse. Loading and unloading of trucks on work site Carrying of materials from truck to installation site location Construction, installation and removal of multiple styles of stages, floors and tent structures Primarily work is conducted outside, in all types of weather Drive trucks to and from and job sites, if necessary Respectful interactions with multi-lingual team, Leaders and clients Follow directions to safely perform all tasks assigned COMPENSATION Commensurate with experience Medical, dental and vision insurance Vacation and Sick time through the Company’s policy 401(k) program and generous company match This is a full-time seasonal position.
