Linen Team Member POSITION SUMMARY Peak Event Services (PEAK) is a premium special events rental company serving the most discerning clients in the greater New England area. Our linen department is responsible for providing clean and pressed linen for all occasions. As a member of this team, you will be part of maintaining and increasing our reputation through the quality of your work and the finished product you produce. The fabrics you prepare will be used at the most exclusive events in the region, as well as the most important personal events marking milestones in private homes and yards. Your behavior and performance as you work is the foundation of the PEAK reputation. This position reports directly to the Linen Department Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Load and unload linen into and out of washers and dryers · Assist in pressing linens · Carefully and gently handle each piece of fabric · Sort items according to PEAK standards · Provide feedback to help with continuous improvement · Maintain a clean work area at all times · Perform additional duties as requested · Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS · Must have flexible schedule, weeknights & weekends when needed · Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 50 pounds · Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment, and work in a team BENEFITS · Medical, dental, vision insurance available to all full-time team members · Paid time off, and paid holidays · 401k with company match This is a full-time, seasonal position.
