Busy specialty food importer located in Miami, FL is seeking a self-motivated, hard-working warehouse assistant to grow with us in our expanding business. Job Duties Include: • Packing and shipping UPS and FedEx orders • Receiving, storing and rotating inventory • Communicating and working with delivery drivers • Assisting in inventory control and counts • Performs other duties as assigned by manager Requirements: • Organized, efficient and professional manner • Able to work in freezer environment for extended periods of time • Quick and careful worker with ability to handle high volume business • Ability to lift over 50 lbs • Ability to communicate with warehouse supervisor and office staff • Experience with pallet jacks • Must have valid driver’s license and own, dependable vehicle • Must be able to speak and read in English • Previous warehouse experience or food knowledge a plus! • Bilingual a plus! • Must be able to pass criminal history and drug screening Job hours: 37.5 hrs/wk; 7:30AM-3:30PM; Monday through Friday Qualified candidates should apply via email with resume in PDF please No calls please
