Day Porter/ Maintenance Personnel - 1099 Positions - Monday - Friday - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Some weekend work may be needed. Duties include, but are not limited to the following. Trash removal, general outdoor cleaning, pressure washing, painting, minor electrical/ plumbing and sheetrock repair, restroom cleaning, glass cleaning. Need some knowledge of commercial HVAC and irrigation systems. Must have own tools, reliable transportation and pass a background check. Must speak fluent English.
