The Maintenance Staff serves as a key member of the community leadership team who works closely with residents, staff and families. The primary purpose of your job position is to perform the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department by ensuring and maintaining the entire community in an exceptionally clean, safe, and orderly condition by performing various maintenance tasks on a daily basis to meet the needs of the individuals living in the community. Your primary objective is to provide person-centered care to, and advocate for, individuals living in the care community to the full extent of your training.
