Plumber Needed - 3 bay Sink Installed

I am looking for someone who has plumbing experience in a commercial setting. We are a gym in Stratford and looking to add a juice bar to the facility. The past gym had a juice bar so it is already built out and lines are run. We need to installed the 3 bay sink and side hand sink (see pics attached). Unfortunately, the drain we need to use is used for the existing hand sink (see picture). We need to demo that sink to fit the 3 bay sink and hook it up.
