During this time you "shadow" our expert technicians on appointments as they train you on all aspects of carpet, upholstery, drapery, mattress, and automobile interior steam cleaning, as well as customer service in the field. By the time you go out on your own truck, you will have the knowledge and experience to serve clients properly. Carpet Cleaning is not nearly as hard as being a concrete laborer or a coal miner, but it is definitely physically demanding, as the equipment you will load and unload at each appointment is over 80 pounds, and the job itself is physical by nature.
