This week we are serving up some of the best Sri Lankan classics! We can't wait for you to enjoy these traditional dishes! OPTION 1: - Traditional Sri Lankan Yellow Rice (made with yellow rice, red onion, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, lemon grass, rampa, curry leaves and coconut milk) - Yellow Pumpkin Curry with Toasted Coconut - Deviled Potatoes - Mild Cabbage Curry - Coconut Sambol with Leeks *available in family size* OPTION 2: - Rice Noodles with Mixed Vegetables - Dhal Curry - Tempered Potatoes - Deviled Onion Sambol - Veggie Salad *available in family size* OPTION 3: - Vegetable Biryani (*not vegan* made with rice, vegetables, onion, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, ghee, organic yogurt and Indian spices) - Dhal Curry - Veggie Salad SOLD SEPARATELY: - 3 Eggrolls with Sauce - 6 Eggrolls with Sauce (Individual Curries - Serves 2 to 4 People) - Mung Bean Curry - Eggplant Curry - Yellow Pumpkin Curry with Toasted Coconut - Cauliflower Curry with Potatoes DESSERTS: - Sri Lankan Sesame Seed Pancakes with Sweet Coconut Stuffing - Vegan Mango Ice Cream - Vegan Rose & Cardamom Ice Cream Each dish is prepared with very mind spice. Lunch orders must be placed by 9:30AM on Saturday, May 1st. Lunches can be picked up at the rear entrance of the temple between 11:30AM and 12:30PM.
