I am seeking an experienced deck builder / LICENSED CONTRACTOR with great deck building knowledge per Code etc., to partner with on various deck projects. PLEASE only respond if you have a lot of complete deck building experience and have sample photos and/or video samples/examples of your past projects. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. MUST be licensed and bonded currently, and have your own liability insurance, etc. I am a successful contractor myself and am looking for someone to do deck, awning and fence projects together in all of the the Portland / Beaverton and surrounding areas. Must have good knowledge of footing calculations, ledger board installations, and all other aspects of this area of construction. I have a great website that generates a good deal of business regularly.
