We specialize in residential, commercial and post construction cleaning. We are looking to hire for 2 Cleaning Positions in our Company. *Read job descriptions below. REQUIREMENTS: In order to enjoy either of these positions, you must like to clean! Must have a great attitude and happy personality. Must have your own reliable vehicle to and from work (the bus/rides are not an option). Must be willing to work hard to get the job done on-time and within company's quality standards. If you have children in need of daycare/babysitter, you must have that set up and ready to go with a backup plan in case of daycare/babysitter closure! Not being able to come to work due to lack of childcare is not OK. If you're scheduled to work, you need to be there. JOB A: EVENING JANITORIAL CLEANING TEAM MEMBER You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The service is 3 buildings all within walking distance from each other with one other smaller job, 1 night a week, at a separate location. The job is Monday through Friday. Average hours for the week averages 30(+). Shift times are 2:30 pm to 10-10:45 pm Mon & Fri, 2:30 pm to midnight on Tues and 3:45 pm to 10-10:45 pm Wed & Thur. You will be working in a crew of 3-4 (you plus 2-3 others). Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform routine & deep cleaning tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields, is preferred but not required. Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills JOB B: DAYTIME RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANER You will be working in a crew of 2-3 people providing residential and commercial cleaning services to our clients. You will meet daily at our office and carpool in the company vehicle for the day's services. Schedules vary, services are performed Monday - Saturday. *Saturdays are REQUIRED! Daily shifts times range from 6 am to 5 pm. (*Must be available to work any shift assigned.) Average hours for the week 30(+/-). You will perform multiple services per day, in a team of 2-3 people. Responsibilities: Perform routine & deep cleaning tasks for residential and commercial clients Organize and Maintain supplies and equipment Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields, is preferred but not required. Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills PAY INFO: Starting wage for both positions is $14.50/hr with room for advancement. Weekly pay. Bonuses, paid holidays and PTO available depending on length of time with company and position. During your first 2 weeks of training you will be evaluated to ensure you are the right fit for the company and it's culture. You will be evaluated on your cleaning skills, efficiency, customer service, reliability and dependability. You will learn Clean Right Co.'s system of cleaning and proper use of our supplies and equipment. Training will teach you how to clean thoroughly, efficiently and safely, as well as how to WOW our customers with your attention to detail.
