We are looking to add a quality driven, organized, hardworking, Lawn Care Team Lead to help us grow our Coeur d’Alene branch. We have been servicing North Idaho and Eastern Washington for over 35 years and have been steadily growing. As a Lawn Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for completing a daily one man mowing route and managing an additional crew 4 days per week Tuesday-Friday. We are looking for a proactive and self-starter who can interact with our customers and our team. Responsibilities including but not limited to minor office work and organization, managing, motivating, and mentoring the crews while working in the field mowing, trimming, edging, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, pruning and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets our standards. Our customers trust us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us provide that. Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record and be able to operate a truck and trailer. Professional lawn care and supervisor experience is preferred but not required. We work 4 – 10-hour days Tuesday – Friday (occasional paid overtime), offer competitive pay with paid time off and retirement plan after a waiting period.
