A well-established Blaine facility is currently looking for individuals who value a flexible schedule. Work as little as one day per week up to a full-time schedule; they can be one day or more and can work with you on a weekly or monthly basis to set that schedule up. This a great opportunity for candidates going to school or anyone wanting to work part-time or have a flexible schedule. Entry-Level Production Operators Location: Blaine, WA Pay: Earn up to $16.25 per hour, depending upon the shift. Schedule: Create your own schedule! Day Shift: 7:00am-7:30pm Night shift: 7:00pm-7:30am; Overtime is available Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Package products in the correct quantities and weights -Ensure all proper packaging material is used: inners, outers, pouches, product, pallets and labels. -Troubleshoot equipment for issues or jams -Ensure clean and contamination-free areas -Coordinate the cleaning of equipment during product changeovers -Ensure product meets quality standards through regular line audits -Attend and participate in all-crew and functional team meetings -Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly -Other duties as assigned How to be successful: -While this is an entry-level position, a minimum of 6 months or more of recent experience in a fast-paced position doing physical work -Stand for the entire shift -Meet physical requirements such as walking, twisting, bending, stooping, and completing repetitive tasks -Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis -Take direction well Benefits, Perks, and more: -Medical, Dental, and vision insurance -Company-paid life insurance -Long and short-term disability -10 paid holidays (and holiday premium rate if working) -401(k) with a company match -Paid vacations -Sick pay -Wellness programs and incentives -Carpool and vehicle incentives -In-house perks such as free coffee, product, and a massage chair!
