Maltipoo Maltese Poodle 2 years old Rehoming

Description
We adopted this amazing puppy six months ago. He is likely around 2 years old. He has an incredible personality, he is playful and he loves tummy rubs. The reason we are letting him go because my son (age 3) is too young to be in a home with a puppy that looks like an adorable stuffed animal. He is excellent around children, but probably better for older kids (age 7+). We have a cat that he has chased incessantly, but clearly just wants to play. It’s hard for us to let him go because he’s such a sweet dog. He’s great with everyone and he doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body. He is very friendly to all beings and loves to greet everyone with a wagging tail. He likes to have a lot of attention and will follow you around the house and whetever you go. He likes to be chased, so he needs to be on at leash when he’s outside, unless he’s in a fenced area. He is crate trained and sleeps in his cozy crate at night. As far as other training goes, he can sit and lay down. He will come happily when you call him. He’a about 80% potty trained, and I would inform his future family that he probably will need to revisit some lessons in regards to this in a new home. He is very willing and eager to learn and he is very treat driven and easy to work with. It can take up to a year to potty train a small dog like this, so patience is necessary. He is about 2 or so years old and was rescued 8 months ago (2 months fostered, and 6 months with my family.) He is 10 lbs. He’s neutered and has had all his vaccinations. He’s microchipped. I will send him off with all his goodies - crate, dog beds, blankets, toys, food, treats, harness, long leash line for training outside, grooming stuff and, of course, my heart. We really love him. I want to make certain he is going to a good situation with people who will spoil him with treats and belly rubs. Rehoming fee is $600, which is a fraction of what I have spent. Please send an email, if you are interested, sharing why he would be a good fit for your family. Thanks!
