Looking for a Part-time Grounds Keeper for a Community Association in South Fort Myers. Light landscaping, cleaning of gutters, cleaning of pool deck, light pressure washing and other types of grounds upkeep. -Graduation from high school and minimum of 6 months experience in general maintenance positions. -Must have transportation. -Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools. -Necessary strength and physical ability to perform a variety of repair tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds. Employee is regularly required to stand and frequently required to walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. -Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively to owners. -Employee must be capable of working in an unsupervised environment and follow the directions of their immediate supervisor. There is no such thing as something not being a part of your job. All employees are expected to help when asked. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour Approximately 12-14 hrs a week. Working hours to be negotiated.
